Prevent costly downtime and ensure consistent chemical dispensing with the Chem-Lo Alarm I 10-2001. Designed to monitor chemical supply container, this reliable alarm system alerts operators immediately when a chemical container is empty, helping prevent poor wash results and equipment issues.
Installation Instructions
- Attach the four included mounting bracket tabs to the Chem-Lo Alarm using the supplied screws.
- Mount the unit to a suitable surface within 8 feet of the dishmachine or dispenser. For best performance, install the alarm as close to the chemical supply container as possible.
- Connect the chemical supply tubing from the chemical container to the 1/4" compression inlet fitting, then tighten securely.
- Connect the tubing leading to the dishmachine or chemical dispenser to the 1/4" compression outlet fitting, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Prime the chemical lines by running the dishmachine or dispenser until all air has been removed from the tubing. The system must be completely free of air bubbles before normal operation.
Power Requirements
- Powered directly from the dishmachine or chemical dispenser.
- Compatible with 120V or 240V power using the built-in circuit board converter.
- Includes 8 feet of 2-wire shielded cable for installation.
- Features a 1/2" conduit fitting for protected electrical routing.
- For optimal performance, mount the Chem-Lo Alarm as close to the chemical supply container as practical.
