The Quantura 200 chemical dosing system offer advanced technology and innovative design to deliver precise and reliable dosing of detergent and rinse aid in commercial dishwashers.
The Quantura 200 features two peristaltic pumps with high-quality brushless DC motors and our proprietary BrightChem tube.
This system includes multilingual programming for easy usage across different languages. It boasts multiple operating modes to fit your needs such as a conductivity (with probe) mode or cyclic (without probe) mode for conveyor machines and a timed mode (without probe) for single rack machines. It has a maximum operating pressure of up to 1 bar for the detergent tubing and up to 3 bars for the rinse aid tubing. The probe is initiated for the duration of a trigger signal between 24V to 240V AC or DC. It comes complete with a maintenance mode to disable the unit during descaling operations. This system requires a 100-240V electrical connection for operation.
